Accommodation Information

The IETF takes a number of steps on behalf of the community to obtain the most competitive venue rates and terms possible. As a part of that effort, we keep most venue information, including links to secure a room, reserved for those already registered for the meeting. Once you have registered, you will have access to relevant information on venue rates, terms and the link to secure your room. Reservations Cut off Date: July 8, 2023

Check-in time: 15:00 Check out time: 12:00

Guaranteed Reservations to be Held: Guaranteed reservations will be held until 23:59 on the scheduled night of arrival. All reservations must be accompanied by a valid credit card which shall be charged on the cut-off date (July 8, 2023) for one room night and tax, which is refundable up to 3 days prior the scheduled arrival date.

Guest Substitution: The Hotel will allow name substitutions for reserved rooms without penalty.

Guest Cancellation: Individuals may cancel reservations without penalty until 3 days prior to check-in/arrival date. In the case of cancellation less than 3 days prior to check-in, the hotel retains the right to retain the deposit paid by guests as a cancellation fee.
