NOTE: Room Rates include in-room high-speed Internet access and breakfast. Daily VAT charge of 10% + CZK50 is not included in the above prices for a nightly rate of CZK 4450 ($200.60 USD).

Guaranteed Reservations to be Held: Guaranteed reservations will be held until 23:59 on the scheduled night of arrival. All reservations must be accompanied by a valid credit card which shall be charged on the cut-off date (October 10, 2023) for three room nights and tax, which is refundable up to 21 days prior the scheduled arrival date.

Guest Substitution: The Hotel will allow name substitutions for reserved rooms without penalty.

Early Departure Fee: An early departure fee of up to three room nights and tax will be applicable to guests if they do not alert the front desk within 24 hours of scheduled early departure.

NOTE ABOUT CANCELATION: Individuals may cancel reservations without penalty until 21 days prior to check-in/arrival date. In the case of cancellation 21-14 days prior to check-in, the hotel will charge three room nights at the group rate as a cancelation fee. In the event of a cancelation less than 14 days prior to the event or scheduled check in, the hotel retains the right to charge the full length of stay as reserved as a cancelation fee. However, if the hotel is fully booked on the dates of stay they may not charge a cancelation fee for those nights.
